Our broad inventory of state-of-the-art equipment allows us to perform a variety of operations simultaneously. We offer laser-cutting technology, including a laser/turret combination machine. We maintain over 100 punch presses ranging in size from 10 to 440 tons, including a number of double crank presses for producing larger blanks and perforations as well as robotic fed presses and servo fed coil lines.

At Tonnard, we're prepared for any order -- with a minimum of 800 tons of standard gauge materials in various tempers in stock at all times. Our overhead traveling crane transports material to our three shears, capable of shearing 1/4" thick material up to 120" lengths. Add to that, a circle shear that can handle 36" diameter blanks, and we can meet virtually any need.

We can perforate materials ranging in thickness from .015 up to .500" and can manufacture virtually any precision part, from the simplest to the most complex, requiring many different operations.
